WCOD Rapid Skill-Builder® programs aim to help individuals to develop abilities in a range of areas that can make a significant difference to personal performance and potential contribution to the organisation. The programs have been designed by professional consultants, highly experienced in employee skill-building courses that really work. As a core part of the program, the video for each program is presented by internationally renowned trainers (with professional actors demonstrating skills in 4 vignettes on each program which are shown a sub-optimal and optimal approach that can be taken).

Rapid Skill-Builder® training programs are available in three formats:

T-Learning.

  A “Traditional” workshop format in which a group of learners gather in one place with an internal or external facilitator to work through slide and video presentation material and engage in discussion and practical exercises.

E-Learning.

An “Electronic” self-paced program format in which individuals work their way through narrated flash slides and video material on computer at a time and place of their choosing.

M-Learning.

A “Mobile” learning option in which the Skill-building learning program is loaded onto an iPod or PDA which can then be used portably as needed and on a just-in-time basis. This allows individuals to not only use the iPod/ PDA when they have a short amount of time to review learning material (when at their desk or in break times) but also in their own time as they choose (such as when travelling as a passenger in a train, bus or car for example).
