In the Mathews Partnership we use a wide variety of business psychology tests, both directly and in association with our worldwide partners.
Online testing
We offer testing on-line using a variety of tests that include but are not limited to, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), 16PF, Firo Elements (B, F and S) and the Strong Interest Inventory.
Frequently these are simply testing tools that we use as an aid when working with our clients in, for example, managerial personality testing, conflict resolution, understanding particular leadership, managerial and team issues and as an aid to team building, creating high performance teams and change management.
On-line questionnaires
Completing questionnaires on line in advance of a workshop often makes for more efficient use of valuable workshop time and reduces the amount of time that people are away from their work.
At other times we are using these approaches for 1:1 coaching or to provide a psychometric testing service to the HR professionals within our clients who are engaged in recruitment, coaching and development.
An approach that we are finding particularly powerful in supporting the Recruitment/Selection and Development process is the Harrison Assessments methodology which we provide in partnership with Predict Success®, Harrison Assessments Master Distributor.
